In
Middle Eastern Studies, an article by Ohannes Geukjian on the affect the
Lebanese Armenian diaspora had on the second Lebanese Civil War that ran from
1975 to 1990. Geukjian studies the
affect and determined that the diaspora in this case and in other cases had and
can have positive influence on the outcome of conflict resolution.
